Scars Are Cool

Not to be outdone by Miles who took a nasty spill off his bike a few days before coming to visit me and got 5 stitches in his chin- I had to scar up my face too!!!!! I did not do this on purpose- I was just too busy staring sideways at my shadow while running and did not see the trash can sneak up on me.  Cool thing about the whole ordeal is that I got to be like my big cuz (whom I idolize) and now I have a face boo boo, too!!!!!!

Bunker Buddies

Just in time for Miles & Annie's visit from California, Bud and CiCi completed the renovation in the basement. Us kiddies now have our own rumpus room chock full of toys, tons of space  for major play and beds with trundles when we are forced to sleep. I am old enough this year- so I  got to sleep down there with my cousins!!!!!!! The first night it only took us an hour to calm down enough to sleep. Now I know why they call Annie "Chatty Cathy"...

4th Of July

Well- this years 4th of July was a bust!!!! After all the anticipation and hype leading up to the fireworks, I wanted NO part of them. All smiles before and all tears during!!!! I had a blast with my tri-colored light stick...but once the loud fireworks started- the noise scared me and  mommy and I had to go inside so I would stop freaking out. Oh well- there's always next year!!! Until then- I will just enjoy my silent glow sticks- that is enough for me!

Vacay away

I got to spend 3 full nights and 4 days away from mommy and daddy!!! Bud and CiCi watched me while mom & dad went to Auntie Courtney's wedding. I know that all of the wedding festivities must have been fun- but I am not sure that they could have been better than the quality time that I got to spend with Bud & CiCi. Thanks for being awesome babysitters...I cannot wait until mommy and daddy get invited to another adult event of which I will not attend & I hope it is soon!!!!

Potty Pirate Party Pallooza

In an effort to help along my potty training, CiCi and Bud threw me a pirate themed potty party!! We ate cake, danced, blew party favors and even used the potty. The decorations were super festive and it was a fun way to celebrate my success in going Pee on the potty!!! Thanks Bud and CiCi for believing in me and also for celebrating the difficult milestones that I am trying to achieve in my life!!!!!
