Writing About Willy Wonka

At school we were asked to write our favorite thing about the musical Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory...here is my giant lollipop answer!!!

Field Trip

All of the Kindergarteners got to go to the Matthews Playhouse and see the musical Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory today!! Mommy even got to go with us as a chaperone. I LOVED IT! My favorite part was when Charlie got to take over the chocolate factory when Willy Wonka retired. I also loved the part when they drink the bubbles, start floating and have to burp to come down- that was super funny!!! Mommy was impressed that I sat the whole time without fidgeting at all, fully engrossed in the show. I don't think I blinked the whole time. I told mommy that I want to go to another musical very soon! So- if anyone knows of any good shows out there- let me know!!!

Halloween 2013

Our first Halloween in NC was a good one!!!! Instead of just mommy and I walking around our neighborhood since daddy had to be out of town for work- we decided to head over to the Petrane's house and hang out with them. They had a pre-party street bash with appetizers, pizza and beverages for the adults. All was good until I got a bad blister and mommy had to carry me home on her back. So- because of  that minor setback I did not get as much candy as I wanted to this year.  But that's OK, because  everyone who saw me said I was the best dressed Ninja Turtle they had seen all night! Note for next year, though- regardless of what awesome costume CiCi makes me...I must wear socks!
