All Is Lost

So- yet again...Mommy has not learned her lesson. She had a computer issue and in order to save the computer- she needed to fully rewrite her hard drive and lost everything on her laptop. Yup- all the pics from Cabo and Christmas that we never got to post here yet are gone. So- as we start from scratch- this is the only shot she has. One that was taken with her phone and made super cool by Bud and one of his artsy apps!!!! Enjoy- and we will get to some picture taking real soon and update ASAP!

Snow!!!

Can you believe we got about 8 inches of snow in Charlotte????? The local news said that we have not had this much here in about 16 years. Guess they were just trying to help us not miss Pennsylvania too much, huh??? Well- with the snow and ice a came 4 full days off of school, 2 late starts and 1 early dismissal!  I loved it because it meant that I got to try out sledding on the hill in our backyard and the big one down the street. I had a blast with friends from the neighborhood and yummy hot chocolate to warm my cold cheeks afterwards!

 

 

Co-Pilot

Guess who drives me to school every day??? You got it...Tuck!!! Well- Mommy drives, but Tuck tags along. He is great in the car- he just lays down on the passenger seat an enjoys his daily outing. What a great way to start my school day!!!

Visit to the Vet

Mom took Tuck to the vet while I was at school today. He weighed in at a whopping 13.8 lbs- the vet confirmed that he is going to be a bigger sized Aussie...just what dad wants! I had hoped I would get to tag along to the doc with my pup...but mom said I didn't miss too much since Tucker just slept the whole time anyway. He was super well behaved and the doc was impressed- not only with his behavior- but also his beautiful markings- looks like we are going to have one well rounded puppy on our hands!

Tuck's Best Buddy

It is important to have good friends. Mommy and I have been trying really hard to meet friends down here in Charlotte and we wanted to make sure we do the same for Tuck. So- we took him over to the Petrane's house so that he could meet their new puppy Devon. We had our own little  live "Puppy Bowl" show to watch on Sunday because the doggies rumpused, rolled, chewed, nipped, shared bones and fully exhausted themselves. Looks like we definitely found Tuck his new best friend!!!!!!

 

Tucker Ryan

OK- So I know that I have to update you on the last 4 months of our lives...but maybe I'll just work backwards, staring with our newest news. Tucker "Tuck" Ryan joined our family on Jan 26th. He is a spritely little Australian Shepherd who has already brought so much joy and excitement to out lives in just the one week that we have had him. He is doing great with crate and potty training- and mommy is working with him on such things as down, no bite, sit and of limits. Tuck enjoys visiting Mia's litter box for an afternoon snack, so we are trying to navigate that obstacle. All in all- he is a great little puppy who is just a happy little fluff ball.

 

 

 

 

 

We will keep you up to date on Tuck's (mis)adventures...and we will also fill you in on past excitement such as Mexico, Christmas, School,  Etc...
